Community Room
Each of our locations has a Community Room that is available for use.
- All requests must be approved by the library.
- There may be a charge for room use.
- Nonlibrary events may not be scheduled more than two months in advance of the event.
The Library welcomes organizations, groups, and individuals to utilize our community rooms for public use when they are not reserved for Library programs. This includes nonprofit organizations, social gatherings, and family events.
To reserve a community room, the Community Room Policy Form must be completed and submitted within 48 hours of your requested event date. We kindly request that both the payment and deposit are submitted at the same time as the form. While requests can be made over the phone, please note that your event will not be officially booked until the completed form and full payment are received by the Library.
